Class 1: Body–We will start with our physical selves and learn how to make our bodies into our spiritual temples. We will explore how the foods we eat, the water we imbibe, and even the herbs we consume can hinder or advance our spiritual growth. Physical activities, such as exercise, hiking, and yoga will be discussed *no matter what level of physical activity you perform*, as well as how to work with different crystals that are healing and protective. Class 2: Mind–Once we have moved on from our body to our mind, we will practice various types of meditation which are helpful to increase your attention span, calm any anxiety and/or depression, and even lower your blood pressure. Simply “clearing your mind” is a lot more complicated than said, and we will look at the scientific evidence which shows meditation increases our brainpower! We will talk about our dreams, and what our minds are trying to tell us when we sleep, as well as how to do lucid dreaming. We will also discuss astrology and how the stars can actually affect our mind, dreams, and bodies. You will receive a free spell kit that will assist you on your spiritual journey. Class 3: Spirit–The final level to work with is spirit, but the only way to understand your soul and energy is to get through the first steps of body and mind. We will work on shielding your soul when out in public spaces, as well as past life regressions to uncover your life lessons through your Akashic records, soul mates, and karmic bonds we have with others. And we will also work on magickal writing, where you learn how to channel information from your Spirit Guides. You will receive a free bottle of oil to help with your astral journeywork. Dates and Pricing: There is a cap for this class of 6 students total, so make sure to sign up ASAP to reserve your spot! Each class is $200, but if you pay for all three classes by March 15th, the cost is $475 total, or you can reserve your spot for $150 for the Body class. The next date is April 1st, and if you pay for all three classes by this date, it is $525, or reserve your spot for $180 for the Body class. 2020 is the year of vision, and if you are feeling lost or imbalanced, now is the time to work on your own evolution!

We have finally finished January, and we are now heading into the month of love! For the month of February, I will be having some sales concerning love, lust, and relationships that will be available from February 1-29th. You can put these oils on candles, yourself, or in a bath to draw these energies to you. Spell Kits: My handmade Love spell kits are on sale for $10 each! The spell is written on the back, and you simply read the spell 3 or 9 times, and then burn the spell kit to draw love into your life. I put specific herbs and resins in the envelope to enhance this energy, anointed the envelope with my Love oil, and sealed it with wax and a magic symbol. I also have charged these spell kits with Reiki energy!

Handfastings and Weddings: If you and your partner are planning to get married this year, I would be honored to perform your ceremony! I will be doing a sale on my price for handfastings this month only–$200 for your ceremony, plus mileage, if you are planning the wedding for 10 miles or farther from Psychic Healers of Avalon office. You do not have to get handfasted or married in February, but simply to meet with me and pay the non-refundable down payment of $50 to secure your date. You have to pay the deposit and secure your date by February 29th to receive the $50 off from my normal price. This isn’t just about the love of Valentine’s day, it helps me to get all of my larger events and rituals planned out for the year.
